In addition to stadium attendance, a fan zone has been established on the international campus of Riad, located in the capital city of Rabat. This area spans 5,000 square meters and can accommodate up to 50,000 spectators.
The fan zone is particularly popular among students and younger fans, providing an accessible way to experience the tournament without the cost associated with stadium tickets. The initiative facilitates participation for those who might otherwise be unable to attend.

According to the Moroccan Foreign Affairs Ministry, approximately 20,000 African postgraduate students from 47 countries are currently studying in Moroccan universities and high schools. The fan zone offers an opportunity for these students to engage with the tournament and connect with fellow supporters from across the continent.
This year's Africa Cup of Nations features participation from 24 countries, with many fans traveling to Morocco. The event has fostered camaraderie among attendees, as expressed by Ahmed Tijani, a student from Senegal, who noted the strengthening of relationships among fans from different nations.
The Rabat fan zone will remain available for spectators until the tournament concludes with the AFCON final on Sunday.
