Guinea's Political Developments: Appointment of Prime Minister
On Mon, Guinea's President, Mamadi Doumbouya, appointed Amadou Oury Bah as Prime Minister. This appointment comes shortly after Doumbouya's inauguration, following a decree announced on national television.
Amadou Oury Bah previously served as Prime Minister under the country's military junta for nearly two years. His resignation, along with his cabinet, occurred last week post-inauguration.
