The accident occurred when the vehicle, in which Joshua was traveling, collided with a stationary truck. The incident resulted in the fatalities of Ayodele and Ghami. The driver, Adeniyi Mobolaji Kayode, has been charged with multiple offenses, including dangerous driving causing death, and the case is scheduled to continue on Tue, Feb 25, 2024.
