On Fri, the Yunnan Province initiated its first export of domestically produced broiler hatching eggs, with a shipment of approximately 35,000 white feathered eggs. These "Guangming No. 2" eggs, specifically developed for meat production, have been selected to suit Tanzania's agricultural conditions and climate.
The export aims to support local poultry breeding in Tanzania by enhancing productivity and improving meat quality. This initiative aligns with China's Belt and Road Initiative, facilitating agricultural cooperation and expanding global market reach for China's poultry breeding stock.
Li Yungang, Deputy General Manager of Mile Xinguang Livestock Technology Company, noted the significance of this export as a step towards achieving self-sufficiency in poultry breeding stock and exploring global markets.
