Cameroonian mixed martial artist Francis Ngannou will return to competition on Thu, May 16, 2025, in Los Angeles. Ngannou will face Brazilian fighter Philipe Lins. This announcement was made by event organizers on Monday.
Ngannou, aged 39, is a former UFC heavyweight champion. He last competed in October 2024, securing a victory against Brazilian Renan Ferreira in the Professional Fighters League (PFL). On Thu, Mar 6, 2025, Ngannou officially ended his association with the PFL.
