Ken Ofori-Atta, the former Finance Minister of Ghana, has been detained by US authorities, as confirmed by his legal representative on Wed, Oct 25, 2023. Ofori-Atta is currently in the United States for medical purposes and is subject to legal proceedings in Ghana related to allegations of corruption.
