Gen. Mamadi Doumbouya conducted his final campaign rally in Conakry on Thursday, ahead of Guinea's presidential election scheduled for Sun, Nov 12, 2023. This marks the country's first presidential vote since the 2021 military coup that brought Doumbouya to power.

Approximately 6.7 million registered voters are expected to participate, with over 24,000 polling stations established nationwide. Election results are anticipated within 48 hours, with a potential runoff if no candidate achieves a majority.
