Emmanuel Udoh, a local reverend, expressed support for the US intervention, emphasizing the potential for foreign involvement to contribute to stability and peace in Nigeria. Similarly, resident Dominic Dioju described the US strikes as a positive development.
Conversely, Shuaib Yusuf, another Lagos resident, opposed the strikes, arguing that Nigeria’s issues are primarily due to internal challenges such as kidnapping and banditry, which he believes should be addressed domestically.
