Moroccan international Achraf Hakimi has been selected for FIFA's Best Men's XI of the year, following an impressive 2024/25 season with Paris Saint Germain (PSG).
Hakimi is the only African player included in the lineup, alongside PSG teammate Ousmane Dembélé and other notable players such as Cole Palmer and Jude Bellingham. This recognition adds to Hakimi's accomplishments, which include being named CAF Player of the Year 2025.
During the season, Hakimi played a key role from the right side of the PSG defense, scoring 11 goals and providing 18 assists. His performance contributed significantly to PSG securing both the Ligue 1 title and the UEFA Champions League.
