Munir al-Bursh, director-general of the Ministry of Health, reported that the journalists, who were killed when their vehicle was struck, worked for the Egyptian Committee for Gaza Relief. This organization supervises Egypt’s relief activities in Gaza.
Anas Ghunaim, Abdul Ra’ouf, and Shaath Mohammad Qeshta were documenting developments in central Gaza near the Netzarim Corridor when they were impacted by an Israeli strike, as stated by medical officials and colleagues. A fourth person was also killed in the incident.
Mohammed Mansour, the committee’s spokesperson, indicated that the journalists were documenting a newly established displacement camp. The attack occurred approximately 5 kilometers (3 miles) from Israeli-controlled territory, and the vehicle was reportedly known to the Israeli military as belonging to the Egyptian committee.

In southern Gaza, a 13-year-old was shot and killed by Israeli forces while reportedly collecting firewood in the eastern town of Bani Suheila. Video footage showed the boy’s father grieving over his son’s body.
A 32-year-old woman was killed in a separate incident near Khan Younis, and two additional Palestinians were killed in attacks in the northern region of the strip.
Palestinian officials have reported that Israel has repeatedly violated the ceasefire brokered by the United States since its commencement on October 10. The blockade continues to restrict the entry of essential food, medical aid, and shelter materials into Gaza, affecting approximately 2.2 million residents facing harsh conditions. The Israeli military maintains control over significant regions of Gaza, particularly in the south, east, and north, effectively occupying the entire territory.
