Customers are advised to place new orders for either self-collection or delivery to specified locations nationwide. This action seeks to stabilize market conditions after the suspension raised concerns about domestic fuel supply.

The halt in local currency sales had brought attention to existing challenges at the refinery, which commenced operations for the domestic market earlier this year. Despite being Africa's largest refinery, it has encountered difficulties in maintaining a consistent crude oil supply, reflecting broader issues within Nigeria's oil production sector.
