According to Techpoint Africa, the platform enables filtering by location, tuition fees and admission criteria. This addresses a common difficulty faced by many secondary school graduates in Nigeria who must choose from dozens of federal, state and private universities with varying requirements.
Nigeria’s higher education sector includes more than 200 institutions, ranging from long-established federal universities to newer private ones. Prospective students often struggle to obtain clear, comparable information on programmes, costs and entry standards, particularly when preparing for the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination and subsequent admissions.
