Nigerian Pastor Urges President to Flood Markets With Food

ABUJA – A prominent Nigerian religious leader has advised President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to increase the supply of food in markets across the country to help alleviate ongoing economic difficulties.

Reverend Esther Ajayi, founder of the Love of Christ Generation Church, made the call during a press conference in the capital. Her recommendation comes amid persistent challenges including rising food prices, insecurity and wider economic uncertainty that have affected many households.
